This page explains what happens to your information when you use Learn with RealMuZick.
Payments. When you buy the Studio Pass, your payment is processed entirely by Stripe, a third-party payment provider. We never see or store your card details — Stripe handles that directly. We only receive confirmation that a payment was completed, tied to the email address you provide at checkout.
Unlocking the chatbot. To let you access the chatbot on more than one device, we check with Stripe whether the email you enter has a completed payment for this product. That check happens live, each time — we don't keep a separate database of your details ourselves.
Chat messages. Questions you type into the chatbot are matched against a fixed set of pre-written answers stored in this website's code. Your questions are not sent to any external AI service, stored on a server, or used to train anything.
Cookies & local storage. This site uses your browser's local storage to remember that you've unlocked the chatbot on that specific device, so you don't have to re-verify every visit. This stays on your device and isn't shared with us.
Analytics. If analytics tools are added to this site in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect exactly what's collected.
What you're buying. The Studio Pass is a one-off payment of £1.99 for unlimited access to the Learn with RealMuZick chatbot. It is not a subscription and will not renew or charge you again.
Use of the chatbot. Answers are provided for general informational and educational purposes related to music production. They are not a substitute for professional advice (including legal, financial, or audio engineering advice) in specific situations.
Accuracy. We aim for the chatbot's answers to be accurate and useful, but music software, AI tools, and industry practices change over time. Always double-check critical details (like current pricing or platform policies) against the original source.
Refunds. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us and we'll sort it out — see the Refund Policy below.
Acceptable use. Please don't attempt to abuse, scrape, or circumvent the payment/unlock system. We reserve the right to restrict access for accounts found doing so.
Because this is a small one-off payment, we keep refunds simple: if you're not satisfied with your purchase, message us and we'll issue a refund — no lengthy forms, no hoops to jump through.
